Whiskey Blending Experience

Discover the art of Irish whiskey blending in a guided, hands-on evening at Saints & Scholars. You'll taste, explore, and experiment with four unique whiskey styles while learning how each contributes to the craft of blending. Then, you'll use your palate and creativity to craft an Irish whiskey blend that's completely your own.

Throughout the evening, enjoy Irish-inspired small plates that complement the tasting experience. Whether you're a seasoned whiskey lover or simply whiskey-curious, this is a memorable way to explore the spirit of Ireland.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Guided tasting of four Irish whiskey styles: grain, malt, pot still, and a fourth option of peated or sherried.

  • Blending session

  • One labeled, sealed 70ml bottle of your custom blend

  • Irish-inspired small plates throughout the evening

  • “An Irish Toast” - a final celebratory whiskey cocktail to close the experience

Our whiskey selections are premium Irish whiskeys aged in traditional casks.

Ticket Options:

  • $85 per guest: Includes whiskey tasting, blending session, food, final cocktail, and a take-home bottle. You'll also have some remaining whiskey from your blending session to enjoy in-house.

  • $55 Plus-One Ticket (non-blending guests only): For those who may not drink whiskey but want to join a guest and enjoy the evening together. Includes food and two beverages of choice (cocktails, beer, wine, or mocktails from our event menu).
