Gin & Tonic Flight Night

We’re getting a head start on Global Gin Day (June 14) with a botanical journey around the world (well, at least the northern hemisphere). Join us this Wilde Wednesday for a special gin flight featuring three distinct gins from Ireland, Spain, and Canada.

Each flight includes three 1 oz pours over ice, served with garnishes to enhance their character and tonic on the side.

Tasting Notes & Botanicals

🇨🇦 Empress 1908

Origin: Canada
Key Botanicals: Butterfly pea flower, grapefruit peel, cinnamon, ginger, rose, coriander, black tea

Tasting Notes: Floral and citrus-forward with subtle spice and a soft tea finish. Indigo-hued and aromatic with a clean, balanced palate.

Garnish: Lemon peel

🇮🇪 Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin

Origin: Ireland
Key Botanicals: Gunpowder green tea, kaffir lime, meadowsweet, coriander, star anise, angelica root

Tasting Notes: Bright and zesty with layers of grapefruit and fresh citrus. Balanced by green tea earthiness and soft spice.

Garnish: Red grapefruit wedge

🇪🇸 Gin Mare

Origin: Spain
Key Botanicals: Rosemary, thyme, basil, Arbequina olive, juniper, citrus peel

Tasting Notes: Herbal and savory with bold Mediterranean flair. Briny and complex with a long, aromatic finish.

Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprig
