We know that unforgettable hospitality starts with an incredible team. Every shift, there are people who jump in without being asked, lift up their coworkers, make guests feel at home, and take pride in every detail. This program is our way of celebrating those people.

Each month, we recognize one team member who consistently contributes to the spirit, standards, and hospitality of Saints & Scholars.

Each Employee of the Month Will Receive:

• A $200 cash bonus

• A complimentary dinner for two at Saints & Scholars (up to $150 in food and beverages)

• Recognition in the pub as Employee of the Month

• A feature on our social media channels (only if the employee is comfortable participating)

• A commemorative Employee of the Month award recognizing their achievement and contribution to the Saints & Scholars team

What We're Looking For:

Nominate someone who consistently demonstrates excellence in one or more of these areas:

Teamwork
Always willing to lend a hand, communicate well, and help the team succeed.

Reliability
Shows up prepared, follows through, and can always be counted on.

Positive Attitude
Brings great energy, stays professional under pressure, and helps make every shift better.

Guest Experience or Craftsmanship
For Front of House: Creates memorable guest experiences through hospitality, service, and attention to detail.
For Back of House (or Bar): Delivers quality, consistency, speed, cleanliness, organization, and pride in every plate.

Initiative
Sees what needs to be done and takes action without waiting to be asked.

Culture & Character
Represents the values of Saints & Scholars through respect, professionalism, humility, kindness, and pride in their work.

A Few Things to Know:

• Nominations are accepted throughout each month for the following month's recognition.

• Peer nominations are an important part of the selection process, but they are not the only factor.

• This isn't a popularity contest. Thoughtful nominations with specific examples carry far more weight than simply receiving the most nominations.

• We will also consider overall performance, attendance, guest feedback, consistency, and contribution to the team.

Most importantly, this program exists to recognize the people who make Saints & Scholars an exceptional place to work and a memorable place for our guests.
