Employee of the Month Nomination
At Saints & Scholars, great hospitality is a team effort. Each month, we will recognize one team member who exemplify the values that make our pub a special place to work and visit.
This award celebrates employees who consistently support their teammates, provide exceptional service or craftsmanship, take initiative, demonstrate reliability, and contribute to the positive culture of our pub.
Your nomination is an opportunity to recognize a coworker who has made a meaningful impact. Please take a few minutes to provide thoughtful, honest feedback and include specific examples whenever possible. Quality of nominations is more important than the number of nominations an employee receives.
Selection Criteria
Teamwork and willingness to help others
Reliability, punctuality, and accountability

Guest experience (Front of House) or quality, consistency, and execution (Back of House)

Living the values and culture of Saints & Scholars
Please note:
Peer nominations are an important part of the selection process, but they are not the sole determining factor.
Adrian & Amanda will also consider overall performance, attendance, guest feedback, and consistency.
The goal of this program is to recognize those who help make Saints & Scholars a better place for our guests and for one another.

Employee of the Month Nomination Form
We believe the best guest experience begins with a strong team. Every role matters, whether someone is welcoming guests at the door, crafting drinks, running food, preparing plates, washing dishes, managing a rush, or stepping in to help a coworker without being asked.
Each month, we recognize one team member who consistently contributes to the spirit, standards, and hospitality of Saints & Scholars.
This award is meant to celebrate team members who lead by example, support the people around them, take pride in their work, and help create the kind of pub culture we want to be known for.
What We Are Looking For
Please nominate someone who has shown excellence in one or more of the following areas:
Teamwork
They help others, communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Reliability
They show up prepared, are dependable, follow through, and can be counted on by both coworkers and managers.
Positive Attitude
They bring good energy, handle challenges professionally, and help make Saints & Scholars a better place to work.
Guest Experience or Craftsmanship
For Front of House, this may mean warm hospitality, strong service, guest connection, menu knowledge, or thoughtful attention to detail.
For Back of House, this may mean consistency, quality, speed, cleanliness, organization, and pride in execution.
Initiative
They notice what needs to be done and take action without always needing to be asked.
Culture and Character
They represent the values of Saints & Scholars through respect, care, professionalism, humor, humility, and pride in their work.
How Nominations Are Considered
Peer nominations are an important part of the selection process, but the winner will not be chosen by popularity or by the number of nominations alone.
Amanda & Adrian will consider:
The quality and detail of peer nominations
Specific examples of excellent performance
Consistency throughout the month
Attendance and punctuality
Teamwork and communication
Guest feedback
Overall contribution to the pub
A thoughtful nomination with a specific example is much more valuable than several vague nominations. Please nominate someone based on their performance, teamwork, reliability, attitude, and contribution to Saints & Scholars.
This is not a popularity contest. We are looking for thoughtful nominations that help recognize people who make a meaningful difference in our pub.
